About the Wild Women Series
This project is one that I've wanted to do for a while and I finally decided to just go for it. This photo of my friend, Chelsea, and I taken during our first camping trip together in Ohiopyle, PA inspired this series.
My plan for this project includes photos, videos, and interviews with women who enjoy adventuring outdoors. The video portion will be uploaded to my new YouTube channel, and a quarterly zine will have a 1-2 page spread for each woman featured. I'd also like to choose an organization to support and/or partner with for this project that will help get more women and girls into the outdoors. There are so many ideas floating around my head on how to grow and expand on this but for now I am in the beginning stages of planning and filming.
